Saturday, April 14, 2011 at the Black Bear Inn in Orono.
The exam starts at 7:40am, and you should report to the exam site no later than 7:15am.
Doors close at 7:40am.
You must APPLY to take the exam then REGISTER online with NCEES
Applications are due February 17th with a fee of $5. Applications are available in the Dean’s Office and online: http://www.maine.gov/professionalengineers/AppIntern.pdf
Applications must be notarized. Notaries are available in the Student Service Center in the Memorial Union. Do not sign your application until you are in the presence of the notary. Completed applications can be submitted to Sarah Kelly in the Dean’s Office, AMC Building 201.
The deadline for online registration with NCEES is February 23rd. There is a fee of $125.

If you are retaking the exam please notify the State Board and they will reactivate your application. The State Board’s telephone number is (207) 287-3236.
Calculator Policy
To protect the integrity of its exams, NCEES limits the types of calculators you may bring to the exam room. The only calculator models acceptable for use during the exam are as follows.
Casio: All fx-115 models. Any Casio calculator must contain fx-115 in its model name.
Hewlett Packard: The HP 33s and HP 35s models, but no others.
Texas Instruments: All TI-30X and TI-36X models. Any Texas Instruments calculator must contain either TI-30X or TI-36X in its model name.
