Assistantships
Assessment of whether a research or teaching assistantship will be offered to a graduate student requires first the submission of a complete and documented application for admission. After evaluating received graduate applications, most graduate assistantship offers are made by individual departments or research units. These units typically nominate as well their accepted applicants for any available university-wide assistantships.
Graduate students should also fully avail themselves of the services of the Office of Student Financial Aid.
